Unlearn Your Pain by Dr Howard Schubiner - This is an active workbook that guides you through the ideas, tools and techniques that will allow you to unlearn chronic pain.
Podcasts
The Cure for Chronic Pain with Nichole Sachs, LCSW - Learn how to use the JournalSpeak method for curing chronic pain and listen to stories of people who have been healed by this work. I recommend starting with Episodes 1 & 2.
