What’s included?
Eight 1:1 coaching sessions
You’ll have eight individual coaching sessions with me, including an in-depth intake session where I’ll learn your pain history. Each session is personally tailored to you and your needs. Sessions will be one-hour long and will take place privately on Zoom. We’ll schedule sessions weekly to ensure you get relief from your symptoms as quickly as possible.
Unlimited email support
You’ll have unlimited access to me via email during the eight week program to get answers to your questions and all the encouragement you need.
Weekly wins check-ins
You’ll receive a personal weekly email check-in from me to celebrate your wins and all the progress you’re making. I will be your biggest cheerleader!
Tools and Resources
You’ll receive tailored tools and resources including guided audio tracks and print-outs to support you in your recovery journey.
What’s the investment?
A one-time payment of $990 CAD — or a weekly payment of $140 CAD for eight weeks.
When will the program run?
Coaching sessions will typically be scheduled Fridays during Eastern Standard Time, with some flexibility on scheduling depending on your availability.
